Our philosophy:
Most recruiters and executive search consultants today seem to have forgotten the very nature of their job and instead tend to rely more on the concept of ‘posting’ positions on line, in the hopes of finding that great candidate. Once in a while, a gem can be found. But our experience tends to dictate that the job boards are used by the 15% of the work force who are currently engaged in active job searches, usually brought about by their being unemployed, unhappy or even unqualified at what they currently do.
That leaves 85% of the work force who are employed and happy! That leaves the passive candidates. That’s where we come in! With an established track record of matching clients and companies, we don’t believe in relying on job boards, especially at the senior level.
We also have very interesting and attractive arrangements as they relate to fees for our services. Although our expertise is in retained searches, we have developed a professional following on 'contingent' searches as well.
